Art lovers of all ages are invited to visit our art gallerys, restaurants and boutiques the 1st Friday of each month. Art in all media and price ranges is available for sale.

The event will begin at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 15, 2008 at the Watauga County Library. Storytelling, arts and crafts will entertain the children until 1:00 pm. We will have children's face painting, balloon animals and a golden egg surprise game. For more information call 828-262-4532.

Experience small town America at its finest with a procession down Main Street, complete with floats, local celebrities, beauty queens and fire engines. Afterwards, enjoy the merchant crawl, pig roast and fireworks.
